Weld Safe enables fabrication or repair to be carried out safely inside or outside the workshop.

A 6mm thick top provides a stable work surface, but in addition we have the ability to extend welding torches to give a working radius in excess of 15 metres.

Downtime reductions are easily achievable. With storage room inside for consumables and equipment, set up ready, response time for breakdowns can be greatly reduced.

Weld Safe also offers the possibility of repairing within the productions area where once parts may have had to be removed and taken back to the workshop.

The fume extraction unit enable the majority of harmful fumes to be removed at source protecting both the operator and other employees in the area. Extraction of fumes also assists with potential problems with activation of smoke  alarms.

Our Unique Power Cluster Assembly enables us to meet your requirements. The Power cluster is a Multi Voltage Distribution Assembly incorporating a range of sockets fed from a single three phase neutral and earth or single phase supply. A range of BS EN 60309-2 16 amp single or three phase sockets can be incorporated protected by suitably rated MCBs and RCD protection. Also available is the option of an integral 2kva transformer to provide auxiliary power for portable power tools. Electrical power cluster CE compliant.
