Welding Equipment Installation

Bespoke Oxygen / Acetylene training bays manufactured for Deeside College. Total number of bays 14, complete with Nederman extraction unit and Murex gas torches and economisers.

CWS have vast experience in the education sector, supplying colleges with consumables and machinery and providing a full installation service.

Major fit outs are no problem. We have carried out a number of turn key projects for customers in the education sector from constructing the welding bays, installing gas storage facilities and pipelines, to making bespoke equipment to suit individual needs.

Complete welding bays at Deeside College including CEA, Mig & Tig welding equipment, custom column welding table, Argon & Argon/CO2 welding, gas pipelines & curtain assemblies.

Part of a complete installation in Rhyl college which included ten welding bays complete with curtain assemblies, all welding equipment, gas installation, welding benches, quenching baths, additional curtaining, spot welding & plasma cutting equipment.
